Summary: DisputeHive provides educational tools to help you exercise your rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. We're not a credit repair organization and don't dispute on your behalf. All letters come from you.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DisputeHive ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
2. Description of Service
DisputeHive provides:
- AI-powered credit report analysis tools
- Educational content about credit repair and consumer rights
- Dispute letter generation assistance
- Credit repair training and resources
DisputeHive is an educational platform and DIY tool. We do not perform credit repair services on your behalf. All dispute letters are generated for you to send yourself.
3. User Responsibilities
3.1 Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate information when using our Service. Submitting false or misleading information in dispute letters may constitute fraud and is prohibited.
3.2 Personal Use Only
The Service is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use DisputeHive to provide credit repair services to others without written authorization.
3.3 Legal Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA).
4. Credit Monitoring Requirement
To use DisputeHive, you must maintain an active subscription to a compatible credit monitoring service (currently IdentityIQ). This provides the credit reports necessary for our AI to analyze and generate dispute letters.
Your monitoring subscription is separate from DisputeHive and subject to the monitoring provider's own terms and pricing.
5. No Guarantees
While we provide tools designed to help you dispute inaccurate credit information, we cannot guarantee:
- That any specific item will be removed from your credit report
- That your credit score will increase by any specific amount
- Specific timelines for results
Credit repair results depend on many factors including the accuracy of the disputed information, the data furnisher's records, and bureau processes.
6. 110% Money-Back Guarantee
Our 110% guarantee is subject to the specific terms outlined on our Guarantee page. To qualify, you must be an active user who has completed at least 3 rounds of disputes over a minimum 6-month period.
